Answer-first standard
Every guide starts with the practical answer. Supporting context must help the player finish the task rather than repeat a broad game introduction.
Current-release baseline
Every gameplay page is written for the latest public Steam release available on its review date. The exact internal build is recorded during editing, but the public page does not display a version number that will become stale after a small patch. Material changes trigger a new review date and content update.
Approved sources
Current status and feature scope begin with the official Fields of Mistria website, NPC Studio patch notes, and Steam. Exact gifts, items, schedules, collection sets, and route details may be cross-checked with wiki.gg, mistria.info, and mistria.app. A community source never overrides a newer official announcement or the live game.
When approved sources disagree, the page either follows the newest reproducible state or describes the uncertainty. It does not merge incompatible facts into an exact-looking answer.
Images and credit
Until original gameplay captures are supplied, the site uses screenshots from the official Press Kit. Every use is credited Official Press Kit screenshot · © NPC Studio, includes useful alt text, and remains part of an unofficial fan guide. Original screenshots can replace them later without changing page URLs or layout dimensions.
Spoilers
Page summaries and direct answers avoid story outcomes. When a route needs story names, late-event consequences, proposal behavior, or ending details, the page shows a warning and keeps that material inside a closed disclosure that the reader must open deliberately.
Corrections
Corrections should include platform, save state, season, time, weather, location, observed result, and the date the behavior was seen. Screenshots are especially useful when a live menu contradicts a reference table.
Send correction reports to corrections@fields-ofmistria.site. Reports are used only to investigate and update the guide; do not include account credentials, private save data, or unrelated personal information.
AI-assisted work
Automation may help structure pages and validate metadata, but it is not treated as gameplay evidence. Human review and reproducible sources remain required. Read about the site for the site scope and ownership statement.
