Community references can lag a new patch; newer official notes and the live game take priority when details conflict.

Quick answer: Prioritize quests that unlock a tool, building, vendor, mine biome, or town service. Ordinary Request Board jobs can wait; active quests do not need to be rushed at the cost of upgrade materials.

Request Board strategy

Request Board jobs are generated from a broad pool and are not a single linear quest chain. Accept jobs that overlap an existing route or use renewable materials. Since an accepted request stays in the journal, you can wait for the correct crop, season, weather, or mine floor instead of buying back a scarce resource.

Before handing in an item, protect:

  • the first museum copy;
  • tool and town-upgrade ingots;
  • story tablets and seal materials;
  • one stack of seasonal forage and crops for cooking;
  • high-quality animal products needed for breeding or crafting.

Mine quest progression

Warning: reveal mine biomes, tablets, spells, seals, and final-story requirements

The mine route begins with The State of the Mines and the Rank 10 quest to unlock the entrance. From there, each major seal is a progression gate rather than a random combat check.

StageRequired items or conditionUnlock
Water TabletStone Loach, Upper Mines Mushroom, Ruby, Lantern MothTide Caverns and the Rain spell
Earth TabletCoral Mantis, Sapphire, Archerfish, Jade DulseDeep Earth and the Growth spell
Fire routeProcure the Sealing Scroll, then break the Fire SealLava Caves, Deep Woods, and Dragon's Breath
Sealing Scroll cost10 Ruby, 10 Sapphire, 10 Emerald, 10 Silver IngotsRequired for Fire Seal progression
Create Void Mass5 Void Stone, 5 Void Powder, 5 Void Herb, 5 Void PearlRequired for the Ruins seal
Break the Ruins SealComplete the Void Mass stepAncient Ruins floors 81–90 and Void Sight

Dragonsworn Tablet8 hearts with Juniper and Eiland plus their 8-heart eventsAdvances the final tablet route
Break the Final SealDragon-Forged Fang, Horn, Core, and PowderOpens the final Seridia story sequence

If progress stops, search the journal for an unfinished tablet or sealing step before grinding town rank. The mine route is deliberately sequential.

A clean quest routine

  1. Read mail and the journal before leaving the farm.
  2. Pin one unlock quest and at most two route-compatible requests.
  3. Move protected upgrade and museum items into separate chests.
  4. Combine deliveries with shopping, gifting, and museum routes.
  5. Submit project materials in complete batches when possible so you know what remains.
  6. At night, check whether the next quest requires a specific morning, weather state, or weekday.

Quest troubleshooting FAQ

Do quests expire?

Accepted quests generally remain active. Festival opportunities and seasonal materials can still be time-sensitive, so the journal should be checked before the season changes.

Why is the next town project missing?

Confirm the previous project is complete, collect its follow-up dialogue or mail, and verify the required town rank. Some projects also wait for a new day.

When do Crown Requests unlock?

Crown Requests become part of progression after Town Rank 50. They are distinct from ordinary random Request Board jobs.

Should I complete every request immediately?

No. Permanent unlocks outrank routine rewards. Skip or delay a request when it consumes resources needed for tools, town improvements, museum completion, or the main story.
