Both numbers describe different parts of the same route. The Dragon Forge is on floor 90; reaching and clearing the final mine progression unlocks the additional recipe needed there.
Can I view more than one ten-heart event before marrying?
Current behavior allows a candidate’s proposal event to be viewed without immediately accepting. Make another ring for another eligible candidate, but read the relationship-status warning before committing to an engagement.

Giving the ring starts that candidate’s ten-heart proposal event. You can decline the final commitment, craft another ring, and view another eligible candidate’s event.
